On-site service points

Come and talk to us at an onsite service point. The service point offers guidance and advice to University of Helsinki students, applicants and staff.

The service point helps you with the following matters:

  • General student advice
  • Certificates and transcripts
  • Stamps and signatures
  • Sending packages
  • Collection of residence permit cards
  • Organizing pop-up events at the service points
  • Reporting faults
  • Guidance to the appropriate service or expert

  • Location: The entrance hall of Kaisa House, 3rd floor (P.O. Box 53, Fabianinkatu 30).


    Opening hours: Mon-Fri 9 am - 3 pm, check special opening hours.

  • Location: Biomedicum Helsinki 1, lobby, 1st floor (P.O. Box 63, Haartmaninkatu 8)


    Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9 am – 3 pm, check special opening hours.

  • Location: Info Centre Korona, lobby, 1st floor (P.O. Box 62, Viikinkaari 11)

    Note! Please use the entrance on the Viikinkaari side to access the temporary facilities on the 1st floor.
