On-site service points

Come and talk to us at an onsite service point. The service point offers guidance and advice to University of Helsinki students, applicants and staff.

The service point helps you with the following matters:

  • General student advice
  • Certificates and transcripts
  • Stamps and signatures
  • Sending packages
  • Collection of residence permit cards
  • Organizing pop-up events at the service points
  • Reporting faults
  • Guidance to the appropriate service or expert

Service points

  • Location: The service point is located in the entrance hall of Kaisa house on the 3rd floor (Fabianinkatu 30).

    Opening hours: Mon-Fri 9-15

  • Location: The service desk is located in the lobby of the Biomedicum Helsinki 1 building, 1st floor (Haartmaninkatu 8)

    Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9 a.m.–3 p.m.

  • Location: The service desk is located in the lobby of the Infokeskus Korona building, 1st floor (Viikinkaari 11)

    Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9 a.m.–3 p.m.
