HelsinkiUni Help is a new multichannel service model for university services. It consists of an easy-to-use digital service as well as face-to-face customer service at physical service points on campus. At the core of the digital HelsinkiUni Help service is an AI-powered search that retrieves information from various university websites. If you wish, you can chat with HelsinkiUni Help’s customer service staff or submit a service request. You can also visit a HelsinkiUni Help point on campus to take care of your matter.
