You can reach our customer service via chat and at our service counters 
on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., or by submitting a service request form.

Special opening hours:
On Thursday, May 28, the chat service and service counters will be closed due to a staff development day.
 

During the summer, we will be open:
July 6–10, 2026, 12:00 PM–3:00 PM: Chat and City Centre campus service point
July 13–17, 2026: Chat and service points closed
July 20–24, 2026: Chat and service points closed
July 27–31, 2026, 12:00 PM–3:00 PM: Chat and City Centre campus service point
