You can reach our customer service via chat and at our service counters on weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm, or by submitting a service request form.
Admissions advising at Kaisa House
Admissions advisors are available at the Kaisa House service point from noon to 3 pm every other Wednesday.

Sisu advice available via Zoom
Face-to-face advice on using Sisu is available via Zoom every Thursday from 13 August to 19 December.
- Sisu Zoom is open on Thursdays from 13.00 to 15.00. You can join at any time.
- Join the Sisu Zoom session via this link.
- If you are not admitted immediately, please wait patiently. Students are admitted one at a time in the order they arrive.
In Sisu Zoom, experts are always available to provide general Sisu advice for students from all faculties. In the same Zoom session, you can also receive Sisu advice from experts in your home faculty on monthly changing themes:
