HelsinkiUni Help opening hours

Customer service

You can reach our customer service via chat and at our service counters 
on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., or by submitting a service request form.
 

Service requests submitted to HelsinkiUni Help will be processed as usual on weekdays throughout the summer.

Special opening hours

Fri 19.6. Our customer service will be closed on Midsummer’s Eve.

Wed 24.6. All service points will be open 9-12. You can reach us via chat from 9-15 or through the service request form.

Thu 9.7. Chat will be open exceptionally for applicants 12-16.

 

In July, the chat service and service points will have the following service hours:

  • 6.–10.7. the chat and the service point in the Kaisa House is open 12–15.
  • 13.–24.7. the chat and service points are closed.
  • 27.–31.7. the chat and the service point in Kaisa House is open 12-15.

The service points in Meilahti and Viikki will be closed 6-31 July.
